Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern use of nydusfoundation.org and its informational content. Use of Nydus Open Learning is governed by the separate Nydus Open Learning agreement. By using this Website, you agree to these Website Terms; material changes affecting a registered user will be notified directly where reasonably practicable and will not rely solely on continued use where the law requires affirmative acceptance.
Website use
Use the Website lawfully and do not disrupt it, bypass security, introduce harmful code, scrape it at a rate that impairs it, or infringe another person’s rights. Website materials belong to Nydus Foundation or its licensors and may be viewed, printed, or downloaded for personal, non-commercial use with notices intact.
Donations
Donations are separate transactions processed by Stripe. You represent that you may use the chosen payment method. Donations are generally final and non-refundable except where law requires otherwise; we may decline or cancel a donation when needed for security, compliance, or error correction. Receipts are provided for the amount received. Tax treatment depends on your circumstances.
Messages and feedback
You retain ownership of messages and feedback you send. You grant only the limited, non-exclusive permission necessary to receive, review, respond to, and operate the Website. This permission ends when the material is deleted from our active systems, subject to lawful retention. It does not apply to learner answers, which are private learning data under the Open Learning notice.
Disclaimers, liability, and law
The Website is provided “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law. These Terms are governed by Nevada law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights where you live; courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear a dispute.
